Refund policy

When you buy from Chez PouPoule Retro, remember that each vintage piece is unique. It will therefore be impossible for you to find an identical one, nor in another size or color.

Make sure you have read the description of the items, have checked the measurements given in centimeters and inches as well as any defects (stains, holes, wear, odors, etc.)

We are always at your disposal for all your questions regarding our articles. 

If however, following a mutual agreement made by message within 48 hours of receipt of your package, we are considering a return, several conditions must be met.

Returns:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These will not be refundable. The shipment must be done with a tracking number. The parcel must be returned to us under the same conditions as we took to send it to you.

Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email that it has been received. you will also be informed of the approval or refusal of the refund of your item in the event that it does not comply with the aforementioned conditions.

Refund:

This will be made in the form of a credit for a new item in our shop. The term of this credit may not exceed 60 days.

These conditions are only applicable to France. No International returns will be accepted.
